This is my 1979 MGB. It has a 4 speed manual transmission, and A/C. 87,000 orginal miles. Car is in excellent semi restored condition. Engine and transmission have been recently rebuilt.
My Brother purchased the car in 2003 and sold it to me in December of 2006.
The paint is a little spotty in a few places. However we have been unable to find ANY
rust on the car. As with many of the classics, rust proofing was either not around or
was totally ineffetive. Generally if you find one that is rust free its been in a warmer
climate most of its life.
Seats are pretty comfortable, and the car has a nice ride. However the pedals are VERY
close together. The A/C takes up quite a bit of the passengerside leg room. The rear
seat is just a carpeted shelf.
Almost full instruments.
